Wow! I am a Type 4 Learner but a Type 1 Teacher. Honestly, I think I am naturally a good mix of 1 and 4 but because of the institution I teach in I lean more toward 1. I always said I wanted to be a Montessori Teacher. When I home school I am definitely able to be more 4. I also have stretched quite a bit into quadrant 3 due to the nature of how I conduct my library classes. I am able to really play and get hand-on with teaching the kids through games, fun quizzes, role playing, acting out story time and letting the kids be free in doing arts and crafts in a thematic kinda way. Definitely with a 4 flair!
